This portal is for authorised Car Washers Community staff. Use only the account assigned to you, keep credentials private, and sign out on shared devices.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, inspect another person's account, introduce harmful code, disrupt availability, or copy internal information outside authorised work purposes. Administrative actions must have a legitimate operational reason.
Content, images, and external links
Handbook content and staff links are maintained by authorised administrators and may change. The portal administrator is responsible for confirming that the organisation has permission to use the logo, background image, and any uploaded material. External destinations have their own terms and privacy practices. The portal does not claim ownership of third-party materials linked by staff.
No unsupported promises
The portal is provided for operational use. No interface text should be interpreted as a guarantee of uninterrupted service, complete accuracy, or absolute security.
Reporting problems
Report inaccurate content, suspected account misuse, accessibility barriers, or privacy concerns to the staff manager or portal administrator through the established internal support channel.
